Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. By uploading, you represent that you have the right to share the content and that it does not violate these terms or any law. You understand that uploaded content will be made publicly available after the time-delayed release period.

No Legal Advice

CentralEvidence does not provide legal advice. The information on this platform is for documentation purposes only. If you need legal assistance, please consult a qualified attorney. We are not responsible for how evidence is used in legal proceedings.

SHA-256 Verification

Each uploaded video receives a SHA-256 hash for verification purposes. This hash can be used to prove the video has not been altered. However, CentralEvidence makes no guarantees about the admissibility of evidence in any legal proceeding.

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms. If you uploaded a video and wish to request its removal, you must provide the SHA-256 hash as proof of ownership. We may also remove content in response to valid legal requests, though we will fight requests that endanger uploader safety.

Platform Role and User Content

CentralEvidence acts as an interactive computer service provider and is not the publisher or speaker of any information provided by users. We act in good faith to remove illegal content when notified but are not liable for content we have not been specifically notified about.
